The point of the question is this: Muslims are allowed to protest in a western country whenever they feel their religion is insulted. Why can’t Christians do the same in a Muslim country, because they’re not democratic and tolerant. Why must westerners always be tolerant and accept Muslim radicals, even when they kill movie makers like VanGogh in Holland, or drive Hirsi Ali, a former Muslim and out of parliament because of her criticisms of Islam? Why should western countries tolerate this rubbish when it’s not in their best interest?

Either way, why do you care? I don’t see any Saudi’s coming over to the US to protest Pat Robertson.

Please provide a source for your claim, as I watch international news very closely and have not heard of this.
Are you just making a symbolic question to make a point about freedom of religion?
The United States is a semi-free country, while Saudi Arabia is not. We used to be open minded. They have never been. We used to encourage our citizens to practice their faith IF they so chose. They never gave theirs a choice. And I’m just curious….why do you want to throw your religion in their face. Is that what Christianity is all about?

if you dislike that find a country like the ones in the middle east, but have it be christian not muslim
and why would you do that in a 100% muslim nation? don’t waste your time and money, that’s like me holding a black power demonstration at a country club lol. if you were a true man of faith, you shouldn’t feel threatened at all by anyone’s statements no matter who they are or feel the need to defend your faith for some ridiculous reason (because that muslim guy talked shit about my religion), simply respect their faith and spirituality or just ignore them entirely. responding with anger only gives them power.

This is common sense. The middle east is controlled by a bunch of uptight, muslim fundamentalists / traditionalists / conservatives who do not believe in seperation of religion and state.
That’s what makes them so backward.

Islam states that Jesus is the only perfect man who ever lived, and that absolution is through him. Their problem is with Caesar hijacking the religion for Rome and corrupting it.
President Bush’s friends in Saudi Arabia wouldn’t permit you to protest there.
